X4 Pharmaceuticals secured a senior debt facility worth up to $150 million, replacing its prior loan and extending its financial runway.
X4 Pharmaceuticals has entered into a senior secured debt facility with K2 HealthVentures valued at up to $150 million, the company announced, marking a significant restructuring of its capital base. The deal signals continued investor interest in the company's clinical pipeline at a time when smaller biotechs face heightened scrutiny over their funding positions.

Such arrangements can preserve equity while giving companies the liquidity needed to advance high-cost drug development programs through pivotal trials.
